Our roll builder is designed to extrude most types of rubber. We can cover rollers up to 40 inches in diameter, up to 240 inches in length and up to 12,000 pounds in weight.
Our electric autoclave has a capacity of 5 feet in diameter by 25 feet long and uses dry heat and pressure to cure the rubber compounds.
With our computerized grinder/groover, we can grind concave and convex parabolic and tapered crowns, and groove any design you require. It has the capacity to handle rollers up to 40 inches in diameter and 240 inches in length.
Standard Service
Normal turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for a complete new roll. Re-covering an existing roll takes 2-3 weeks. Regrinding and/or regrooving an existing roll requires 1 week.
Expedited Service
With advance notice, we can regrind and groove a roller in 24 hours. Most rollers can be re-covered and ground in 48 hours if the rubber is in stock. We can also repair your rollers during your shutdown. Expedited services are available for an additional charge.
