Bluegrass Roller Service

Manufacture/Core Repair

When your roller arrives at our facility, we will evaluate it to see if core repairs are required. We will contact you with questions about your specifications and confirm that you want the repairs done or the core replaced. This is a critical part of our service, as putting a new rubber cover on a defective roller core is seldom a cost-effective alternative. When we have agreed on what needs to be accomplished, we will provide you with a quote giving you the cost and time it will take.

What type of core repairs do we do? Bent shafts, broken shafts, and worn shafts are the most common problems we see. Cracked welds, loose headers, and cracks in the roller face are also frequent problems. We will apply our experience to evaluate the most cost-effective and timely course of action to get your roller back making money for you.
