Bluegrass Roller Service

Materials

We have the capability to identify and supply the optimum rubber compound for your application. We consider it a major part of our service to listen carefully to what you tell us about how your roller is used and the problems that you are experiencing. If you need our expertise on-site, we will visit your plant and assist you in solving your roller problems. Our experience improving roller applications across a broad cross section of manufacturing operations allows us to suggest solutions that will lower your cost and reduce your downtime.

We stock a broad range of rubber compounds and will often be able to re-cover your roller without waiting for a special compound to be delivered. Below is a list of rubber that we use on a regular basis. Keep in mind that different types of rubber can sometimes be blended to achieve the properties you need, and that compounds can sometimes be formulated to exceed the limits in a given area.
